Sinead Burke (who has achondroplasia) explains in her Ted Talks(“Why design should include everyone”) the struggles she face in her daily life due to the lack of accessibility designed in to everyday things. This is not concern for just one person. There are billions of people out there who faces the same struggles each and every day just because designer had the lack of focus for the accessibility of the design. This is why accessibility plays major role in delivering greater user experience.
